Lage is an app-based dry hire platform for construction equipment on the Central Coast of New South Wales. Tradies and contractors use the Lage app or website to browse available equipment, confirm bookings, manage hire agreements, and pay — without visiting a depot or completing paperwork manually. The group built and maintains the full technology stack behind the platform, including the mobile apps (iOS and Android), the web booking portal, and the Supabase-backed operations system. Equipment available includes tip trucks, excavators, tray trucks, and hand tools.

Machinery Supplies provides construction and civil industries with equipment, machinery parts, consumables, and site supplies. Operating as a procurement and distribution business, it sources and supplies products to contractors, hire companies, and construction sites across New South Wales. The business complements the group’s hire operations through shared supplier relationships and a common customer base in the construction sector. Group management provides operational oversight, financial management, and systems infrastructure for the business.

Adaptive Certifications Pty Ltd is a JASANZ-accredited management system certification body based on the Central Coast of New South Wales, with a national presence across Australia. The company provides ISO certification services across a broad range of management standards, including ISO 9001 (Quality Management), ISO 14001 (Environmental Management), ISO 27001 (Information Security), and ISO 45001 (Occupational Health & Safety), as well as HACCP certification for food safety management. Adaptive Certifications works with organisations across construction, manufacturing, technology, and services industries, tailoring audit programs to each client’s specific operating environment rather than applying a one-size approach. The group provides management oversight, technology systems, and operational support to the business.

Maxishine operates premium self-service car wash and dog wash facilities across New South Wales and Victoria. Founded in 2020 by group director Aaron Wright, the business was built on sourcing best-in-class equipment — including PDQ Laserwash 360 touchless systems, Turbo iVac vacuum stations, and K9000 dog wash units — to deliver a wash experience well above the industry standard. Maxishine operates locations at Kings Park (NSW), Wangaratta (VIC), and Benalla (VIC), serving both private vehicle owners and fleet customers. The Wash Club membership program offers customers unlimited touchless washes across all sites. Group management provides strategic direction, technology systems, and operational support across the Maxishine network.
